Mohd Umar Khan is a highly skilled Product Software Engineer with a passion for transforming businesses into SaaSify. With over 3.5 years of relevant experience in building web applications, he specializes in Core Java, Java2EE, Hibernate, SpringBoot, and has professional experience working with Oracle DB and shell scripting. Mohd Umar Khan is also well-versed in FrontEnd development, working with JavaScript and Angular Framework. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Chargebee, he is responsible for developing new functionalities and end-to-end integration on top of the Chargebee product. Prior to this, he worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Klay Capital Limited, where he developed a Cloud-Based SaaS application under agile methodology for wealth management, primarily written in Java from scratch. He also designed and developed a generic framework in Java with Spring Boot for reading and storing enormous amounts of data using SpringBatch into the database, based upon the file configuration/Metadata. Additionally, he developed Restful API for Microservices. Mohd Umar Khan has also worked as a Product Engineer at Accelya, where he worked on Revera product for Passenger Revenue Accounting. He developed critical components of UI, Business, and Platform (Database) layer using in Web Application Toolkit (WAT) an in-house Java web framework compliant with J2EE standards using Java8. He also developed several Packages, Procedure, and Functions in PL/SQL for REVERA which enhanced the offerings of the product. He provided several Hotfixes at Production level without any failure and participated in the software testing process through manual/unit testing and big fixes. He also assessed in improving the codebase. Mohd Umar Khan holds a PG-DAC degree in Computer Science from c-dac, a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and completed his schooling from St. Joseph's College, Allahabad.
